Are you going to lock me in a room?
No! You will not actually be locked inside your Adventure. You are free to walk out of the door at any time. However, your game will not stop if you need to step out.
How do we win?
Each adventure has it's own objective that must be achieved in order to win. You will be briefed on your objective before your time starts.
Is this going to be scary?
We have designed our Adventures to be family friendly. Your experience may give you an adrenaline rush, but it won't be from any jump scares!
Is this going to be really hard?
Our Adventures are designed to be challenging, but not impossible. You will not need any outside knowledge to win the game.
Will my team be mixed with others?
It is possible. If your team does not book out all available spaces in a public room then another team may book with you. We have a "Private Room" option to make blocking out a whole room easy to do. The price per person in a private room is usually slightly higher, with a minimum number of participants in order to block out the entire room, however, we do not make you buy all the available "slots" in a room.
How much does it cost?
We have two pricing models -- public bookings and private bookings.
Public booking tickets, where you may be booked with people that you don't know, are $28 before any discount code is applied.
Private booking tickets are on a sliding scale. In a private booking, you will have the room just to your party. The price starts at $33 per person for up to the first 6 people. In some larger rooms that hold more than 6 people, we have a tier system, once you book within that tier, an automatic discount is applied. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must book your whole party at once. NOTE: These are the basic discounts, but they can be replaced with any coupon code, however, they do not stack with other discounts. For example, if you had a 30% off coupon and were booking 9 people, the discount would take 30% off the base price of $33 per person, not the lower tier 3 rate of $25 per person.
The page for each adventure will tell you whether there is tiered pricing or not for that adventure, and how many people must be booked for each tier.
Do you have Groupon, do you have discounts?
We do not associate with Groupon, but we occasionally have sales. Please see the front page for all active coupons. Additionally, we always have a military discount with the code MILITARY used at checkout.
What is the minimum age to play?
We do not recommend our Adventures for children under the age of 12. Minimum open booking age is 15, and must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. If you would like to book children under the age of 15, please contact us at conundrumdfw@gmail.com so we can accommodate you, or please book a private room. Depending on the age of the children, we may require one ticketed adult per 2.5 children in the adventure room, if you are coming with more than four children, it may be best to contact us so that we can accommodate you.
How long is the game?
Your Adventure is 60 minutes long. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time to allot for pre-game instruction and briefing.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All players are required to sign a waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a no cancellation policy, as tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours from the time of your scheduled booking.

Do you do charity event / donations?
Yes, we actively donate tickets for silent auctions and other events. Please contact us about your function if you are interested!
Can I come Intoxicated?
For safety reasons and insurance concerns, we do not allow GUI -- Gaming Under the Influence. Conundrum Escape Adventures retains the right to turn away any customer who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol - whether visibly showing signs of that influence or not. By booking an adventure, your party agrees to this condition. No refunds will be given to a party or player that shows up intoxicated and has to be turned away.
